Jessica Dorsey is an Associate Fellow at the International Centre for Counter-Terrorism – The Hague (ICCT) and a Project Officer in the Humanitarian Disarmament department of PAX. She Is also the coordinator of the European Forum on Armed Drones (EFAD).
