Riceviamo e volentieri pubblichiamo questo lavoro di un collega russo, già più volte ospitato dalla nostra Rivista, sul noto rapporto Mc Laren, liberamente scaricabile sul sito della World Anti-Doping Agency, in una tematica non direttamente afferente al diritto penale, ma in cui assume un ruolo di primo piano una generale riflessione sulla metodologia di questa indagini sugli illeciti asseritamente commessi dagli atleti russi, che si snoda attraverso cadenze non dissimili da quelli che vigono nell'ambito del processo penale.
